Comflor 60 was installed in this 5 level Apartment building in tricky areas around the lift shafts and hallway areas as the use of Interspan ribs was inefficient in these areas. Flat deck tray flooring was also installed to the balcony areas of this 44 apartment complex.

elevate apartments

8000m2 of Comflor 80 installed in this 15 level Apartment building. This project also included Through deck shear stud welding with over 8500 studs welded through the multispan Comflor sheets into the structural steel beams. Folded Galvanised metal edge trim was manufactured and installed by Wellington Studwelders as the edge perimeter formwork and was propped to height to give a clean and efficient floor edge ready for timber exterior framing.

One market lane

7000m2 of Comflor 80 and Comflor 210 installed to the top 6 levels of this Commercial and Apartment building. This project included Through deck shear stud welding with over 7000 studs welded through the multispan Comflor sheets into the structural steel beams. Our 270Kva generator at only 3.5T is light enough to be easily craned up to the work area to avoid filling up the loading bay and was shared between this site and the Elevate Apartments site 2 buildings down the road during construction.

312 lambton quay

1700m2 of Comflor 80 was installed in this major building re-strengthening project. The existing timber flooring was replaced with Comflor 80 supported concrete floors. Access was prohibited in the Golden Mile street frontage of Lambton Quay so the only access to the building was the rear of the site on the 4th floor level. Comflor was delivered in small loads and installed in stages to allow demolition to continue once the concrete slabs were formed to brace the building. Two earthquakes over 6 magnitude rocked the building during construction but no damage occurred.
