The Brief
Wallace Building Contractors delivered the ComFlor flooring installation package as part of the Te Matapihi Wellington Central Library upgrade, one of Wellington's most significant civic building strengthening and redevelopment projects.
Our scope included the installation of ComFlor 210 flooring to the new Level 4 office extension, along with ComFlor 80 flooring systems to the mezzanine and ground floor areas. The works required close coordination with the wider strengthening and redevelopment programme while maintaining the high standards expected on a landmark public facility.
