ComFlor is a high-tensile galvanised steel composite floor decking system manufactured by Tata Steel. The profiled deck acts as permanent formwork during construction and reinforcement in the final composite slab. Wellington Stud Welders is an approved installer for the full ComFlor range — and the only Wellington crew with our own 270kVA mobile generator for on-site shear-stud welding.
Versatile profile for residential and light commercial work — spans to 3.6 m unpropped.
The lighter end of the range. A 60 mm trapezoidal deck handling unpropped spans up to 3.6 m — the right profile for lift-shaft and hallway work, balconies, and tight residential floor plates where deeper systems would be inefficient.
The multi-storey commercial workhorse — spans to 4.5 m unpropped, 80 mm deck depth.

The deep-deck profile, for transfer floors, plant rooms, and long-span structures where the floor plate has to clear 6 m unpropped. Often spec'd alongside ComFlor 80 on the same building — the top levels of One Market Lane combine both.
