The Brief
Wellington Studwelders delivered the ComFlor flooring installation for One Market Lane, a landmark mixed-use development occupying a prominent waterfront site in the heart of Wellington.
The upper six levels comprise high-quality residential apartments supported by a structural steel frame. Wellington Studwelders, supplied and installed more than 7,000m² of ComFlor 80 flooring together with through-deck stud welding to complete the composite floor system.
