The Brief
Wellington Studwelders delivered the ComFlor flooring installation package for the Bowen Precinct development, one of Wellington's largest commercial construction projects.
Our scope included the supply and installation of approximately 27,000m² of ComFlor metal tray decking across two commercial buildings, forming the permanent flooring system for the reinforced concrete floor slabs. The scale of the project required detailed planning, coordination, and efficient delivery to meet programme requirements across multiple structures.
