The Brief
Wellington Studwelders delivered the ComFlor flooring installation for Alpha Apartments, an eight-storey residential development located on a constrained inner-city site on Kent Terrace.
The upper floors utilised ComFlor 80 flooring systems with through-deck welded studs. The successful delivery of the project required careful planning, technical expertise, and efficient construction methodologies to overcome the challenges of a tightly constrained urban site.
